About the Event
Join us for Mindfulness Meditation Sessions on a Wednesday evening.
Rachel will be offering a one hour session, with guided meditation followed by conversation in community for anyone who would like to talk about their practice experience.
From beginners to those with an existing practice, all are welcome.
Rachel has over 12 years of personal meditation practice and has been guiding and teaching mindfulness meditation for over 5 years. She is a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher and founded Rwanda's first Mindfulness & Yoga studio when living there in 2013-2019.
If you would like to join us for some calm, then please register your interest with us and we will see you on Wednesday. The class is donation based. Please bring a cushion, mat and blanket.
