Trailing String of Hearts Plant in Kokedama coconut fibre hanger: Ceropegia woodii.
Despite its small and sometimes fragile looking appearance, it's actually surprisingly robust. Their semi-succulent nature means ongoing upkeep is minimal. They grow fast, are fairly resistant to pests and diseases and will live happily in the same pot for several years without a single complaint. Another bonus is that they're safe to have around pets as they're non-toxic.
These plants like fairly bright light levels and minimal watering.
